Charlotte Hamlin

Charlotte is a professor of textile design/fiber art at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. She holds several degrees, a BS in Nursing, and physical anthropology as well as her MFA in textiles from UMASS Dartmouth. Her works deal with the sense of loss and absence. She resides in South Dartmouth, surrounded by lush natural landscapes which clearly influence her aesthetic. Charlotte's work is a teat to anyone who is a textile enthusiast as she employs a myriad of different technique and media in order to relay her concepts to the viewer.
